About this Game

Feral Valor is a survival action game with RPG and farming simulator elements. Build a shelter, forage and hunt for food, and establish your claim on the land. Explore the world as it changes seasons. Mingle with all sorts of creatures and try to gain their favor. Dive into ruins and caves to unearth the mysteries of what happened in the past. Use your time wisely- winter will be here before you know it.


​The Narrative

After nearly dying from a bloody scuffle, you are rescued by Mother Nature. She has closed your wounds, but you are no longer the senseless wild beast like before.  While wondering a derelict farm, you meet a pack of civil animals trying to survive. Most life has remained wild or gone feral. The land is in disarray. Even though humans have not been seen in years, their legacy still pervades the land.

Features

  • Combat the local wildlife and collect the spoils. Hostile animals roam the wilderness with different abilities and strengths. Some of the creatures have their own little settlements or have taken up shelter in a ruin with loot. There are also rumors of giant monsters in the land, but no one has seen them up close. The bloodbaths they leave behind has led to them being called the Furies.

  • Get social with the farm’s civil creatures, or just indulge yourself in their debauchery. Many locals have helpful knowledge and resources key to survival. Just talking to them will uplift your spirit and give you strength. Have a beer and dance with them at the local club. If you are kind enough, some may agree to do favors for you. 
 
  • Farm various flora and fauna, lay traps, and grow mushrooms. You can also forage if things go poorly through the year. Mushrooms may be collected from the world or grown after building the right environment for different purposes. Some can be eaten, some used for poison, some are for dyes, and some used as a drug. Mushrooms may require certain materials to be able to grow. Crops are another great source of food, but they may rot if not eaten soon.
 
  • Construct yourself a home of your own and decorate it with items that you find or build. Your first shelter will be mediocre, but as you become established, you will be able to create a cozy house. A fancier house will also provide the benefits of safety and warmth. Jazz it up with rustic furniture or save up to create an environment of sophistication. 
 
  • Become an alchemist and distill ingredients you find in the land. The focus is not magic or turning lead into gold. It is more about practicality. Create medicine, fertilizer, dyes, gunpowder, and fake stones just to start. It is also a great path towards learning how to make some hard liquor.
